Internal “Earn to Learn” Training Program
The field-based training program is designed to equip our staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their responsibilities safely and effectively, while ensuring that every site we work on is left to the highest standard. This program not only fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement but also reflects our social responsibility by promoting fair and ethical practices, including financially compensating our employees while they undergo additional training.
