That's why we have implemented an internal Earn to Learn traineeship program in partnership with the Australian Cleaning and Restoration Academy and Coach 8 training. For over 25 years, Damien has cultivated a robust career in the restoration industry, beginning with four formative years in crime scene cleanup. Damien joined Remeed Solutions four and a half years ago, starting as a supervisor before advancing to the role of State Manager Victoria.

Currently at Remeed Solutions, Damien oversees the day-to-day operations of our Victorian branch. Damiens focus includes managing staff, overseeing budgets and costings, estimating large loss jobs, and providing specialised training in system and restoration work. Damien liaises with a diverse clientele, including builders, insurance companies, assessors, brokers, and private clients, ensuring successful project outcomes to foster growth in the Victorian market.
Damien’s experience is backed by extensive IICRC accreditations in carpet cleaning, carpet repair and reinstallation, water damage, fire and smoke restoration, applied microbial remediation, IICRC journeyman, water and fire restoration, and odour control.
He also holds RIA certifications in building science and project management. Damiens comprehensive experience and dedication to excellence have consistently driven successful results in the restoration industry.
